Delivery & Returns
As we lead up to Christmas, Royal Mail tend to experience high demand, so we are finding that sometimes our orders may take a little longer to reach you. We have therefore adjusted our suggested delivery dates to make sure that your MATCHBOX is under the tree in time.
Last UK orders using Royal Mail Standard Delivery: Thursday 12th December
Last UK orders using Royal Mail First Class: Thursday 17th December
We will be posting orders up until the 23rd December, but please try to avoid leaving it last minute.
All orders after the 23rd December will be sent out on Monday 3rd January 2022.
Orders under £30 you can choose to pay for First Class, Second Class or Special Delivery at Check Out.
Free Shipping on all orders between £30-£100 are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Class with Proof of Postage.
Free Shipping on all orders over £100 will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For.
You can upgrade your order to First Class or Special Delivery at Check Out.
All international orders will be sent out via UPS and the cost is calculated at check out. Please note you may be subject to pay added import duties or taxes once the delivery reaches your country.
All orders placed will receive an e-invoice at time of placing the order. To save paper, we will not issue a printed invoice in the delivery.
MATCHBOX Jewellery is not responsible for any delayed deliveries due to backlogs with Royal Mail or with international customs clearance.
Returns PolicyHere at MATCHBOX Jewellery we take great care to ensure that all items sold and shipped has left our Head Office in perfect selling condition. Please take great care when opening and handling your jewellery.
Due to hygiene, we are unable to accept any returns on our earrings, unless they are faulty at the time they are received from posting, and we are notified by email within 24 hours. The email address is email@example.com, and please include your order number and name.
